All things considered: Rabbits are sold as it is. I can not guarantee how a rabbit will grow or change after it leaves my care and feed program. I can also not tell you how every judge will view said rabbit. As much fun as it would to be for every judge to have the same view of the standard it won't ever happen. Also I can not tell you that you will get babies out of this rabbit. I will tell you if I have had offspring, or have tried to get a rabbit to produce. I take great care to keep and raise healthy happy rabbits. If a rabbit "gets sick" I do what I need to so there are no sick rabbits in the barn. Most Rabbits are healthy, happy and you never have a problem. However, Rabbits can stress easy. Sometimes moving them to a new cage, or home, changing feed, going to a show or  breeding can cause a rabbit enough stress to get sick or suddenly die. Taking rabbits to a show is a risky business as well. You never know what your rabbit will contact once you put it on a show table. But we hope for the best, and hope everyone takes care of their rabbits and does not show questionable sick ones! I just like to let people know the flip side to the coin. Rabbits live 5 to 10 years, but I know many that have them into the teens & longer.

Just use conmen scene and keep a close eye on your new bunny. They have a very delicate nature and once hurt or miss treated will not be the same. I will give you a few day's of food when you get your rabbit. Please remind me for some food if I do not offer any.

Sudden Illness or Death. If within 10 days of buying a rabbit form me (from the time it leaves my care) If any problems please let me know right away. At that time you can decide where to go from there. I will not pay your vet bills on rabbits that I have sold. Any problems past that time I will still offer to take the rabbit back if you like, or again try to correct the problem.
